The lease is month-to-month with the option for an extended lease after one year. The ideal tenant would be a quiet and clean student or professional who wants to live close enough to the university and/or downtown, but away from the noise and traffic. First and last month's rent is due at beginning of first month. $1000 deposit (refundable, minus damages/repairs) and a $150 non-refundable cleaning fee. No pets, sorry.
