A Few Community Rules
Since we're part of an HOA, we just ask that our tenants help maintain a good neighbor atmosphere and follow the community guidelines:
- Lease: The HOA requires a minimum 6-month lease to start. (No subletting or renting out individual rooms).
- Parking: You'll need to park in the garage or on the driveway apron, and there are also plenty of guest parking spaces
- Outdoor Space: Gas and electric grills are totally fine on the deck, but charcoal isn't allowed. Also, trash bins and personal items need to be kept inside the garage rather than stored on the deck or outside.
- Pets: We are pet-friendly! Well-behaved pets are welcome, up to 2 maximum. The HOA does require dogs to be leashed in common areas and has a few breed restrictions
