Due to the central downtown location and shared walls with neighbors, some city or neighbor noise is possible. White noise machines and fans are provided in every room for light sleepers. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property, though smoking is permitted outside the home. Vaping and medical marijuana are not allowed inside the home. A $300 additional cleaning fee will be charged on top of a $300 House Rules Violation fee if smoking is discovered after check-out. No loud music is allowed at any time, and quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Parties, gatherings, or events are not allowed at any time. Any violation of these policies will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund, a $300 violation charge, and immediate eviction from the property.
