One bedroom available in a spacious 3bed / 3 full bath luxury condo in Brentwood -- and you'll only be sharing with one other person, which means the third bedroom becomes shared flex space for both of us: office, workout room, second living area, storage, whatever makes sense. It's currently set up as an office and second living room, as you'll see in the photos. The third bathroom is in the hallway and great for guests. The available bedroom fits a king size bed, has an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and a double sliding door closet. The apartment itself is spacious and renovated - hardwood floors, chef's kitchen, gas range, new appliances (the fridge was just replaced a few months ago), ice maker, and laundry in unit. There's also central heat/AC, a working fireplace, and a private balcony facing the sunset. The building has an elevator, rooftop with ocean views on a clear day, and a gated garage with tandem parking plus multiple guest spots. Location wise, it's technically off Wilshire but genuinely quiet - the building sits midway down the block and I truly never hear street noise. Easy 405 access if you're commuting. The street and neighborhood are safe - there's a luxury building across the street with 24/7 security out front. Walkability is a 10 out of 10. There's a new center at the end of the block with CorePower and Perspire, and a 10-minute walk gets you to Malou Coffee, Neighborly, Whole Foods, Target, Great White, Flour, Hot 8 Yoga, La La Land, and a ton more. And Erewhon is a 5 minute drive away. One more thing worth mentioning - the landlord is the owner of the condo and sits on the HOA, so things actually get handled. We've had very few issues and he's always been responsive -- which, if you've ever dealt with a bad landlord, you know this is worth its weight in gold. :) This place is an absolute steal and I've loved living here -- hoping the next person feels the same way.
