We will only accept a single(1) well behaved dog in the house and parking is limited to 2 vehicles, possibly 3. The sunny great room features a cathedral ceiling with open log trusses and stone fireplace. The upper level hosts the primary suite with an adjacent 2 twin-bedded room. Full bath with adjacent third bedroom provides a double bed and convenience on this level. The ground floor, with 2-car garage, offers an ample mudroom and 4th bedroom equipped for additional sleeping spaces furnished with a double bed, air mattresses and en-suite bath. Enjoy the ease of the wi-fi heated driveway. Tenant pays for wifi, phone/cable, water/sewer, electric, gas, trash and driveway snow removal.
