This property is located in Trinidad, and is in close proximity to many wonderful area amenities, including many local shops and restaurants along the H-Street Corridor, Union Market, and Ivy City. Public transportation is accessible via the D4/D8 Metro Bus Stop (2 blocks away), the H Street Tram Stop (0.6 miles away), and the NOMA/Gallaudet U Metro Station (1.2 miles). There is an application fee of $50 per applicant. The minimum credit score requirement is 670 (per DC statute, the approval decision is not based solely on the credit score). Applicants must have a total household gross monthly income that is equal to or greater than 2.5x the monthly rent. The minimum lease term is for one year.
