All utilities included, pets negotiable, one-month minimum lease duration, generally available at least from January-May and September-November although longer lease period may be possible, security/damage deposit and last month's rent due at lease signing. Home will be refurnished by current owner with similar high-end furnishings prior to beginning of rental term. Alternatively, for leases of more than 6 months, the home could be partially furnished, or bring all your own furnishings. We are flexible!
