The living area is 1000 sq ft, not counting the garage. Near the intersection of Mopac and Parmer, just blocks from St Davids Hospital. New granite counters and sinks, new carpet, fresh paint throughout. Both bedrooms/bathrooms on opposite sides, so great separation for two roommates. Master bedroom has a full bathroom and walk in closet, and the 2nd bedroom has 2 closets and a full bathroom right outside the door. Even though it's a duplex, it feels like a single family home since the other entrance is on the other side of the house, with a split down the middle layout between the two units. Great neighbors too! Unlike these new apartment clusters being built - the isolation between Unit A and B make it so that I literally never heard anyone on the other side, the two years I lived here. It's very private. In the new apartments, you're going to hear your neighbors on all sides. Regarding location, there are so many stores within walking distance or a 2 minute drive including HEB, Starbucks, Planet Fitness, lots of restaurants and the Parmer Lane Tavern just a block away. I am the owner and I am always very attentive to your needs to make sure there are no problems without having to go through a property management company which is typical for the area. This was where I lived for two years before renting it out to you. You can also speak to the other tenants in unit B as a reference - they've been there for over 10 years. Regarding the photos of the outside, I recently removed the 2 small trees along the side of the garage, so now those mulch beds are empty and clear, and I also painted the exterior.
