Lease terms

Flexible lease terms, as follows: Minimum 1-month (30-day) lease duration. For a month-to-month lease, the rent is $950/mo. For a fixed lease of 3-6 months, the discounted rent is $900/mo. For a fixed lease of 7-12 months, the discounted rent is $850/mo. Security deposit: $1200. Renter's insurance required. (Through your insurer, or Zillow also offers this.) Fully furnished and equipped (incl. furniture, kitchen and bathroom equipment, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, laundry, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, vacuum, etc., plus some initial consumables). (No TV.) Fiber INTERNET/Wi-Fi and all utilities included in rent (incl. gas and electric, trash/recycling, water/sewer, hot water, laundry, snow/ice removal, yard care). Laundry/ironing board/vacuum are shared with one other apartment, but free of charge. One off-street parking space included. NO SMOKING/VAPING or similar anywhere on the property, indoors or out. NO PETS. No events (parties or similar). Noise levels to be kept low in consideration of neighbors. Quiet hours also apply. Cleaning fees, equipment replacement fees, and repair fees may be withheld from security deposit if apartment is not left in the same condition as it was found. We do not charge any application fees, but will have a multi-step screening process. Prior to showing, we will require answers to a set of pre-qualification questions, and then will require a full application prior to lease-signing.
