This is for rent by owners. My husband and I own this house and also live in New Braunfels. We can be flexible on lease term - if you want a shorter lease, for a premium charge, but prefer a 1 year lease. We have also done longer leases before as well. We are pet friendly for small animals. Require security deposit and first month rent (pro-rated first month rent if not moving in on the first of the month) when getting keys to move in. We do require a credit check, and proof of income/employment, ,and will ask for previous rental history.
