Location: 10 15 min to Samsung, Apple, IBM, The Domain. Four blocks to Walnut Creek Park trails, bike paths, baseball, basketball, off-leash dog area. St. David's North Austin Medical Center nearby.
Parking: Two-car garage + two driveway spots + free street parking. No stairs anywhere in the home. Walk-in shower.
One transparency note: the backyard backs to a busy street. The brick wall absorbs most of it the previous tenant stayed a year and never flagged it as a problem but we'd rather you know before you book.
$3,250/month, everything included. Unfurnished comparable homes in this area run $2,300 $2,900 before you add internet, utilities, and furniture. Do the math this is often a wash or a win.
