Prospective tenants provide last three months paystubs. ~Any derogatory information or if adults over 18 do not meet the above stated criteria, lease application shall be DENIED, and property manager shall provide the rejected application credit reporting agency information upon request and reasons for application rejection. ~Prospective tenants applying to pay for background checks and application fees. ~All adults over 18 MUST be on the signed lease. ~Security deposit of $2000 required.
