Smoking 'okay' on driveway. ~If moving out, must give the property manager 30 days notice of non-lease renewal or moving out IN WRITING. Otherwise, 30 day notice if wishing to renew month-to-month. ~Section 8, military, and all others invited to inquire and apply provided they meet the guidelines and requirements set for reliable tenant screening purposes.
