City water (Longmont) for the house, well water for irrigation. The main floor has a lovely open kitchen with an eat-in nook, butcher block island, gas range and granite countertops. The large dining room has skylights and a creek view, opening onto the private, south-facing deck and garden. In addition to the sunny living room, there is a separate study/office area, a 3/4 bath, and a large utility room with a front-load washer/dryer and an extra refrigerator/freezer. There's also a detached one-car garage for additional storage. Upstairs you will find three good-sized bedrooms and a full bath with a restored clawfoot tub. The light-filled private master boasts a vaulted ceiling with skylights and built in storage, with a row of windows overlooking the creek-side glade and giant cottonwoods to the south and west, and open green pastures to the north.
