To maintain the peaceful ambiance for all residents, the community cherishes a tranquil atmosphere without loud music or large gatherings. Smoking is not allowed inside or outside of the home; a minimum charge of $250 will be applied for odor remediation in the event of a violation. Events and parties are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate cancellation and an order to vacate the premises. Guests are required to send a copy of their photo ID for documentation purposes prior to check-in. Guests are asked to leave the house in a clean and tidy state, place all trash in the trash cans and remove any bags or boxes from the bedroom and perishables from the refrigerator, make sure all dirty dinnerware is placed in the dishwasher and turned on, and put used towels in the linen baskets or laundry room. No glass containers are allowed near the pool area; violation of this rule will result in a fine of $250. Guests are reminded that the homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur during their stay, nor for any loss of personal belongings or valuables. Damages such as stained towels, linens, or furniture may incur charges for repairs or replacements. Guests are asked not to flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet, as plumbing issues arising from flushing prohibited items may result in charges for repairs.
