High-speed Wi-Fi is included. Your furry friends are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with an additional $150 per pet for three or more pets. An additional guest fee of $19 per guest per night applies after the 6th guest. Trash removal service is available for an extra charge of $75.

The property is situated in a quiet neighborhood close to shops and restaurants. Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport is approximately 30 minutes away, while the Buckhead and Midtown business districts are just 10-20 minutes away. Other points of interest including the Georgia Dome, Philips Arena, Georgia World Congress Center, CNN, World of Coca-Cola, Georgia Aquarium, Centennial Olympic Park, AmericasMart, Emory University and Piedmont Park are also within 15-20 minutes.
To maintain the peaceful ambiance for all residents, the community cherishes a tranquil atmosphere without loud music or large gatherings. Any events or parties are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate cancellation and an order to vacate the premises. A strict non-smoking policy is in place, both inside and outside of the home. A minimum charge of $250 will be applied for odor remediation in the event of a violation. Guests must be at least 21 years old. The pool is closed during winter months (October to April) and is open from April to October. The pool depth ranges from 4 to 9 feet. No glass containers are allowed near the pool area, and violation will result in a fine of $250. Guests are required to send a copy of their photo ID for documentation purposes prior to check-in.
