Rent is $2,400 per month with a $2,000 refundable security deposit and a $250, non-refundable "cleaning/ change-over fee" Serenity Falls is a spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath accommodation of 2,578 square feet. Located in Dogwood Forest, a quiet, well-established community of just 25 homes. There's no thru traffic, and it's just 3 miles from the center of Main Street, in downtown Hendersonville. It's a short 2.64 miles to Pardee Hospital and 2.87 miles to Advent hospital. This property shares a private waterfall and bonfire area with the owners, but can be private to you, when requested. The primary bedroom is ensuite with a large walk-in closet. It has a King-size bed with an electronically adjustable bed, with dual remotes. A flat screen tv, sound machine, blackout shades, cooling topper on a comfortable mattress make this a great place to end your day. Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed. It shares a family bath across the hall. Bedroom #3 has a queen size bed and shares a family bath. There is also a double sleeper sofa in the living room if needed for company. The family bath has a single vanity with plenty of drawer space and a standard bathtub/ shower combo. There is a generous kitchen with plenty of storage space. A dishwasher, oversized pantry, large Electrolux induction range, Maytag bottom freezer fridge & a coffee station are included to make this a very efficient kitchen. Everything is supplied, apart from food. The adjoining dining area is a good size, with sliding doors opening out to the screened porch (lounge & dining area) with steps leading down to the bonfire, patio, and waterfall. There is a Park grill at the patio's edge, for your convenience. The laundry / utility room has a half bath adjoining it, with a large laundry basin as well as cabinets for storage and countertop area for folding. A large airy living room includes game table and library, with a comfy window seat for reading or birdwatching. The deck overlooking my veggie garden is just off the living room. This home has a very relaxing outdoor space for our guests, with a hammock near the waterfall, a wooded picnic area just to the side of the home, as well as a second patio/ dining area in the woods above the waterfall. All provide relaxing spaces to chill, have a meal or just sit and listen to the frogs and waterfall in the evening. The private driveway is long and wide. All photographs posted were taken in the last 12 months. You have the use of one side of a 2-car garage. (The other side is used for landscape, gardening supplies and maintenance equipment) A Contractor takes care of the grass from May through October. Other things to note. We prefer to work with 6-month leases but often work with travel medical staff and will consider shorter contracts of 90 days or more. A contractor takes care of the grass May through October. It is the tenant's responsibility to care for the atrium area to the corner of the house, as well as the driveway & 4 ' on each side. The Patio area is yours to look after as well. We will care for the waterfall and Koi and the rest of the property. Though we love animals & are pet owners ourselves, (We have a dog & cat of our own) our pet policy is strict. Hypoallergenic dogs over 18 months of age may be considered. Ask for a pet application if interested. We do not accept cats, or any other pets in our rental. No exceptions made. This is a smoke free property. This includes vaping.
