Pet Application Fee- Each pet will have a one-time $250 pet application fee for 1-year leases or $300 for 6-month leases. Each pet will also incur a Refundable $1000 security deposit held in a trust account throughout the duration of the lease. 5. SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT: Security Deposits are typically equal to the monthly rent amount.
