Lease terms

Lease is month to month. First month is pro-rated by the number of days in that month then multiplying by the number of days left in that month. SECURITY DEPOSIT is equal to one months rent. Any illegal drug use by the Renter or guests of the Renter will be a violation of the lease and result in the immediately removal of all personal property of Renter. Refusal of immediate drug test when illegal drug use is suspected, or drug test showing that drugs were used, will result in immediate removal of personal property of the Renter, without a thirty-day notice and will forfeit the deposit.
