($200.00 of the $500.00 would be Refundable at end of lease, as long as there's no damage from pets at end of lease.) * 1st Animal: $50.00 + $25.00/per Animal per month for any additional animals. * Example: 1 pet = $50.00/Month, 2 Pets = $75.00/Month, 3 Pets = $100.00/Month, etc. * The pet weight limit 30 pounds and must be up to date with its shots, spayed/neutered, and vaccinations. * Late Rent: Due on 1st of Month. Late Rent = 5% of cost of monthly rent + $20.00/Day for every day late. (Cap of $200.00) For convenience this unit has a digital lock. It can be accessed by a Numerical Code to enter, Key Fob, Finger Print Reader, Cell phone app., or a Physical Key if preferred or needed as backup. The Master app can be set up so that each occupant on lease has their own digital codes to enter. For the temporary people (Such as visitors or cleaning people) they can have their own temporary code that can be set with strict timeframes for them to only be able to only use their code during certain times and can disable or extended at anytime. * Copies of W-2 Forms are required by all occupants residing in the Duplex. (All occupants must be included in the Lease Agreement.)
