Welcome to our home an the heart of Arlington, TX! Right by UTA, AT&T stadium, Global Life Park, Six Flags, Epic Waters and Verizon Theater with easy access to I-20, I-30, TX-360, and is only 25-min drive to DFW airport.
Guests will enjoy our comfy beds, cozy living room, new renovated kitchen, laundry and more! Smart home features, including 4K Android TV, smart doorbell/lock are also equipped for your conveniences.
This home features 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Bedrooms are furnished with 1 king size bed, 1 queen size bed and 1 twin-over-full bunk bed, respectively. Plus, there are 1 sofa bed available for extra guests. 2 full bathrooms including 1 walk-in bath with tub in the master bedroom.
Kitchen is equipped with full set of appliances. Cookware/flatware are ready for you to enjoy the your meals with family and friends.

As owners, Staywell Furnished Housing is hands-on with each property, with attention to the finest details, but we don't interfere with our guests' experience. When there is ANY need, you WILL find us right away! Each mattress and pillow were purchased new and immediately encased in a hypo-allergenic, bedbug-proof, waterproof, anti-microbial cover, before adding super luxury linens. All bedrooms have room darkening/blackout curtains, smart thermostat maintains the perfect temperatures as well as ceiling fans in each bedroom and the living room.
Furbabies/Pets:
If you bring a pre-approved pet, you are required to clean up the yard during your stay on a DAILY basis and help maintain a clean home. Our goal is for our home to appear pet-free, with super cleaning between our guests. Fur baby owners are required to submit up-to-date vaccinations and proof of flea/tick/heartworm preventatives. Our one-time Fur Baby fee is $200 per pet with pet deposit $500. Multiples and all breeds considered. Our fenced-in backyard and neighborhood walking areas are loved by our guests' furbabies! Fur Babies are NOT allowed to be in the beds unless guest brings their own bedding. Otherwise, pets must sleep in their own beds.
Amenities we provide during your stay:
Laundry detergent, dryer sheets, dishwashing detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, coffee, tea and condiments, oil, salt, and pepper grinders, seasoning rack. An initial outlay for toiletries is also provided for guests. Cooking pots, pans, utensils, and place settings for up to 8 are also provided in the kitchen.
This home allows ZERO smoking inside the home or garage or near open doors to the home. All utilities are paid by the landlord, including lawn care, high-speed internet, Sling TV, and Pest control.
Parking is allowed for 2 cars in the garage or on the driveway and one car is able to park in front of the house, along the curb.
