For rent is a single-family home, located in Silverthorne, CO. It is a 4br/2ba house with a 2-car garage, which can be locked off into a smaller 2br/1ba configuration as well. The house sits on a large 1.3 acre property, on a scenic hill overlooking the town of Silverthorne and Red and Buffalo mountains! It's a quiet neighborhood on a loop road, the only passing traffic is other property owners and dog walkers. The place is fully furnished (preferred, but open to working with what you need there). Close by to ski resorts: 17mins to Copper Mountain, Keystone, 25mins to Breckenridge, Arapahoe Basin. The Silverthorne Rec Center is just 4 minutes down the hill. The garage space fits 2 cars and provides a decent amount of storage. A 2-car household would be ideal, with both fitting inside the garage (a 3rd vehicle is possible if it's not too big, something like a RAV4, Forester, etc. Larger cars parked full-time out front in the winter make snowplowing difficult in the winter - to be considered on a case-by-case basis). The driveway is paved, but AWD or 4WD is needed in the winter on storm days (2WD with snow tires is not really enough). At the end of the property (above the garage) is an ADU with 2 long-term local tenants and 2 dogs (a malinoise and a husky). They're amazing and I'll have you meet them, and if you have pets as well let's do a compatibility check. There are no adjoining walls between the main building and ADU, and the entrances are fully separate - the only shared areas are the driveway and some storage in the garage. Consider it like a duplex building.
