Landlord pays all utility bills which includes Water and Power to Saint George City, and internet to Century Link automatically monthly when due. Copies of the bills are given to the tenants at the end of each month and the tenants reimburse the landlord 50% of the amount of the bills. Tenants are responsible for watering the trees and plants and removing all weeds that pop up on the property and disposing them in the garbage cans. No smoking, vaping, consuming alcohol or use of illegal drugs is permitted on the property. There are no application fees charged. Credit and background checks are required.
