Minutes away from historic Miner Street in beautiful Idaho Springs, this house has the perfect combination of urban and rural qualities.… Idaho Springs itself is equidistant from downtown Denver and all the ski resorts in Summit County, with the city of Golden and Loveland Ski Resort being only 26 minutes away in either direction by car. Within a 3-minute walk there's a bus station with a nearly direct route to Denver Union Station, a modern rec center with an indoor pool and gym, a public library, a brewery, a deli, a 24-hour convenience store, 3 gas stations, and a Tesla Supercharger. Two more minutes gets you access to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and consignment/thrift stores. A Safeway grocery store, pharmacy, hot springs spa, post office, public park, hardware store, and everything else you need is a 2-3 minute drive or a 10-15 minute walk, with the town of Evergreen having more big-brand places 15 minutes away by car. All of that at 7,526 feet elevation in the midst of the Rocky Mountains. Inside, hardwood surfaces are found throughout with a few luxury vinyl areas and one recently carpeted bedroom downstairs.
