Two more minutes gets you access to bars, breweries, restaurants, coffee shops, and several consignment/thrift stores and outdoor gear shops. A Safeway grocery store, pharmacy, hot springs spa, post office, public park, hardware store, and everything else you need is between 3 minute drive or a 10-15 minute walk, and the nearby town of Evergreen has more big-brand places 15 minutes away by car. All of that at 7,526 feet elevation in the midst of the Rocky Mountains in immediate proximity to paved walking and biking paths and a short trek to some serious hiking and downhill mountain bike trails over at the brand new Argo cable car and Virginia Trail system.
