Minutes away from historic Miner Street in beautiful Idaho Springs, this house has the perfect combination of urban and rural qualities. Idaho Springs itself is equidistant from downtown Denver and all the ski resorts in Summit County, with the city of Golden and Loveland Ski Resort being only 26 minutes away in either direction by car. Within a 3-minute walk there's a bus station with a nearly direct route to Denver Union Station, a modern rec center with an indoor pool and gym, a public library, a brewery, a deli, a 24-hour convenience store, 3 gas stations, and a Tesla Supercharger.
