This is if you don't have pets; if you do, there will also be a Non-Refundable One-Time Pet fee and a Monthly Pet Fee. B) If the moving date is on or after the 16th of the month: First month's rent (prorated, if applicable) + Following Month's Rent + Security Deposit (Stated in the marketing/listing) + Processing Fee ($100.00). This is if you don't have pets; if you do, there will also be a Non-Refundable One-Time Pet fee and a Monthly Pet Fee. 2. Credit score of 500 or higher. 3. NO EVICTIONS and NO Bankruptcy on your report. 4. Your monthly income must be 3 times the monthly rent. 5. No Outstanding Electric, Gas, Water, Cable, or Apartment bills on your report. 6. Whether you have pets or not, you will have to create a Pet Screening Profile. If you do have any pets, the pet deposit prices are subject to the pet screening, added to the rent, and limited to two animals. We do not accept Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Mastiffs (Cane Corso), Pit Bulls, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, any wolf hybrid, or any mix or variation of these breeds.
