The condo is still occupied (will be available by the end of this month) and tour is based on appointment. As an alternative, a youtube video tour of the unit is available at the URL shown in the pictures.
This unit has plenty of natural light, water views from bedroom, living room and kitchen and is on the ground floor. The beautifully landscaped community offers well maintained BBQ, Tennis Courts, Clubhouse, a pool jacuzzi, EV charging station and plenty of free parking.
The kitchen features gas range, refrigerator and lots of cabinet space. The unit includes washer and dryer in the patio and extra storage in the assigned covered parking spot.
