One bedroom has a bunk bed perfect if you're bringing kids but We're happy to swap it out for a full-size bed if you'd prefer.
One note: we are using the former garage space for storage during our time away that area won't be accessible to tenants. Everything else is yours.
The one catch and honestly, it might be a selling point for the right family:
We're leaving our elderly cat behind. He's too old for the journey, and uprooting him would be unkind. We'll cover all his food and litter he just needs someone to give him a little love and keep him comfortable in his golden years.
Pet policy: Our resident cat is part of the package. Out of respect for him, we ask that no additional pets come with you with the exception of small caged animals like hamsters or fish. He's elderly and deserves a peaceful last chapter.
Yard: Minimal responsibility mow a few times in spring and early summer, and water three young trees on hot days. That's genuinely it.
This is a well-loved family home in one of SW Portland's most sought-after neighborhoods. We'd love to find a tenant who'll treat it that way.
