I'd like to specify however that I intend to rent out this room to ONE OCCUPANT ONLY. By living in this master bedroom, you will also have access to free parking, a free neighborhood swimming pool and jacuzzi, as well as a free community fitness center that has a gym and a bigger swimming pool as well as a bunch of other fun things to enjoy like tennis or air hockey. I'd also like to note that it is in close proximity to stores like Costco, CVS pharmacy, and more. All of the utilities including high speed internet will be free, except you will have to pay the share of half of the electricity, on top of the rent amount. I'm looking for a mature person, professional, or student, to have his own master bedroom. Parking is free at this complex. Unfurnished.
