The serene setting is ideal for tenant(s) looking to connect with nature and enjoy the peacefulness of lake living. Although secluded, the Wi-Fi works great, so working remotely is a definite possibility! The home is located walking distance to the Vanishing Texas River Cruise, 3 miles to Canyon of the Eagles Resort, and 8 miles to the acclaimed Spider Mountain Bike Park and Container City that has a restaurant with live music! All modern conveniences are only a 20 minute drive away in Burnet, TX. Please note that the garage spaces below the main level are not available for use and there is no lake access from the home or in the neighborhood. There are NO laundry facilities on site.
