Lease will begin on May 1st. We are looking to sign a one-year lease, although longer terms may be possible (with some discount?). The apartment is non-smoking. The apartment does not allow pets unless the owner and tenant speak and agree over type/size and potentially additional security deposit. The owner will handle any maintenance aside from changing lightbulbs (and other small tasks).
