I have a Denver ranch that will be available for rent on August 1st. It's on South Forest Street in Virginia Village.
**Please note, the photos attached are from a couple years ago as the current tenants have been here a while. Of note, the grass isn't quite as good as the drought has stressed the lawn.
It has 3 beds, 2 baths, lots of closet space, a laundry/mud room in the back with NEW washer/dryer, large deck and a great private yard. It has a real family room with built in shelving, off the kitchen and away from the front door (very cozy).
Central AC was installed in 2015 and a new water heater in 2019. There is a mature tree in the front that provides plenty of shade. The roof and windows are both newer/modern and in great shape. It's easy to keep it cold in the summer and warm in the winter.
Kitchen is a little dated but has a newer large fridge with icemaker, gas range and a built-in microwave. Stainless dishwasher is 2 years old.
It has driveway and carport for off street parking.
A prior tenant had set up a garden area, so have at it if you're so inclined. The yard is on auto sprinklers that I maintain, and I have it mowed every 2 weeks.
I pay the water. Gas, electric and cable/internet are on you. It's set up for comcast.
I'd consider a well-behaved dog with a responsible owner.
I am somewhat handy and come by a couple times a year to replace air filters and turn on/off the exterior water in spring and fall.
The location is very convenient:
