Lease terms

*ONLY AVAILABLE FROM JUNE 1 - AUGUST 31* Rent per month is $3,000 USD and is due upon signing rental agreement. Renter agrees to pay full amount per month on the agreed date set forth in separate rental agreement. Renter agrees that they will occupy the home between June 1, 2026 and depart prior to August 31, 2026. 3 month Lease term available starting June 1, 2026-August 31, 2026. No smoking allowed, no events or parties allowed - additional charges will apply. No pets allowed unless owner approves and provides written consent and additional charges may apply. Security deposit is required. Renter must keep home in the condition the home was in prior to rental period. If there are any damages, missing items, broken appliances, or condition is not in condition that owner approves of, charges may apply and renter acknowledges that the security deposit plus any additional repair costs will be charged to the payment method on file. Utilities are paid by Owner which include water, electricity, high speed WiFi, and trash collection. Renter must agree to keep home and any appliances in working order. If any repairs must be made, renter must notify owner immediately. If keys are lost, there may be an additional charge and/or lock out fee. If owner smells smoke in the home or finds evidence of smoking, renter must pay up to $5,000. No pets allowed on furniture.
