Constructed in 1890 and designed by Oliver Traphagen in Romanesque Revival style, Chester Terrace has been a landmark in Duluth's Chester Park Neighborhood for nearly one and a half centuries. We provide a liability insurance option at $18 through our in-house policy, though tenants also have the flexibility and freedom to secure their own coverage if preferred.
