Water and trash included. Awesome location close to the beach without having to drive over the bridge. This comfy residence is a little older so it has that long time classic Florida energy feel. It's safe, clean and stays nice and cool with the cinderblock walls. Neighbors are super chill. The place is nice and close to the waterway. Perfect to ride your bike down to the ocean. Laundry room is right next to the unit so you don't have to listen to a washer /dryer inside your place. Outdoor patio area right out front. Off street parking right in front of the front door so your car is super safe. Ring security / motion light pointed right at the driveway. A/C unit in the bedroom is nice an cold and chills the whole place. Brand new shower. The home is a 1/1 apartment in the back of the property. There is also another 1/1 above the home and a free standing house in the front of the property. All the people that live here are super nice and would appreciate more people with good, positive energy. Property has a big tree in the courtyard that separates the buildings and the neighbors are quiet. The rent is $1,050 month. Water, trash and landscaping are included. Electric and Cable are not included. The only requirements are to not have any previous evictions and make at least 2.5 times the monthly rent (gross).
