The community hosts regular events and has easy access to local restaurants, shops, and daily conveniences, making it perfect for active families or anyone who loves to stay outdoors and explore. For nature lovers, nearby Julington-Durbin Creek Preserve offers trails for hiking, biking, bird-watching, and picnicking in a peaceful natural setting. Early check-outs and late arrivals are available for an additional fee: 1-2 hours for $100, and 2-3 hours for $200. Early arrivals and late check-outs are not guaranteed due to a tight cleaning schedule and require advance approval. A 3.9% processing fee on refunds is non-refundable. The circular area attached to the pool is part of the pool system and does not operate as an independently heated hot tub. Garage access is not permitted due to liability. If applicable, garage doors must stay closed. The primary guest must be 21+, with an adult over 21 present during the stay. No food or drink is allowed in bedrooms (closed water bottles are allowed); extra cleaning fees apply for stains. Smoking of any kind is prohibited; a $200 fine applies for violations. Additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs. Dispose of all trash in outside bins before departure. Report any damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. Failure to report damages could result in liability for repair or replacement costs. Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher before leaving. Keep windows closed for security. Avoid overloading laundry machines; do not wash sandy items, and clean the dryer lint trap. Keep the storage closet closed and locked. Leftover consumables are at your discretion; freshness is not guaranteed. Do not rearrange furniture. Unauthorized parties are not allowed; violations will result in additional charges and immediate eviction. Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. Any additional guests that exceed the maximum allowed at the property will incur an additional charge of $100 per person and requires approval from us prior to booking. Illegal activities will result in immediate eviction. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. Please be respectful of neighbors. A laptop-friendly workspace is available.
