A lease will be signed by all the tenants (3 persons) for the duration of 12 months. No sublet unless consented by a landlord. No smoking or drug. At the time of signing a lease, one month deposit, and an admin fee of $150 are payable. An applicant is requested to submit proof of occupation (or collage enrollment certificate and a guarantor, or a proof of liquid assets) and personal references. The max capacity is three.
