Tenant, occupants, guests, and invitees shall conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb neighbors or interfere with the quiet enjoyment of surrounding properties. Excessive noise, loud music, parties, shouting, or other disruptive activities are prohibited. Tenant shall keep noise levels to a reasonable minimum at all times, particularly between the hours of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. 2. Overnight Guests No overnight guests are permitted without the prior written approval of the Landlord. Any guest staying overnight without Landlord's prior approval shall be considered a violation of the Rental Agreement. Approval of an overnight guest does not create any tenancy rights or occupancy rights for the guest. Landlord reserves the right to limit the frequency and duration of approved overnight guest stays.
