Lease terms

Fully furnished private duplex unit available for a minimum lease term of 30 consecutive days. Month-to-month or flexible lease terms may be available. Rent includes furnishings, Wi-Fi, parking, and utilities up to reasonable monthly usage. Tenant is responsible for any excessive utility usage, damage, missing items, or extra cleaning beyond normal use as allowed by the lease. No nightly or weekly stays. No smoking or vaping inside the property. No pets allowed, except assistance animals as required by law. All occupants must be listed on the lease. Tenant screening is required. Applications may be reviewed based on income, credit, rental history, eviction history, background check where permitted by law, and ability to pay required move-in funds. A signed lease, security deposit, first month's rent, and renter's insurance are required before keys or access codes are provided.
