Tenant Responsibilities: pay in full utilities (PNM and the NM gas company bill). Water monthly fee $75. Procedure: All repair requests must be submitted to the landlord in writing. Termination / Move-Out A 30-day notice is required prior to vacating the property. The unit must be returned in a clean and good condition. The security deposit will be returned provided the property is left in the same condition as received, except for normal wear and tear.
