The condo includes a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher & washer/dryer. Unit is rented fully furnished and kitchen is fully set up. Condo has tile, vinyl and laminate flooring throughout and has a modern feel. 1 underground parking space & street parking spaces. Utilities (up to max $200/month) and WiFi are included in the rent.
