Criminal History: Evaluated in compliance with Portland's Fair Access in Renting ordinance, considering severity, recency, and relevance to tenancy. Renter's Insurance: Tenant must maintain renter's insurance with minimum $100,000 liability coverage and provide proof prior to move-in. Landlord must be listed as an interested party.
