Three bedrooms on the second floor. Open kitchen living and dining room and bath with washer and dryer on the main floor. One of the bedrooms is very large! The other two are a little bit smaller, but would be great rooms for kids and teens.
We pay water, sewer, garbage. The tenant is responsible for heat and electricity with NWPS. As of 1/10/23 the average is $192. That average seems a little high to me, so I would gander the prior tenant liked it pretty warm in there.
Pets are allowed with a $500 Pet deposit as well as an additional $25/month per pet added to your rent monthly.
Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit.
All of our units are non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc. This is the rule even if you have a medical card.
Our Renting Process:

4. Fill out a rental application. $30 application fee.
5. Wait for application status (Approved or Denied)
6. Sign a Lease
7. Pay Deposit, until deposit is paid the unit is NOT secured to be yours
8. Pay rent, prove any applicable utilities are in your name, get keys, pay pet deposit if applicable, sign a paper in our office stating lease was signed online.
