The other two are a little bit smaller, but would be great rooms for kids and teens. We pay water, sewer, garbage. The tenant is responsible for heat and electricity with NWPS. As of 1/10/23 the average is $192. That average seems a little high to me, so I would gander the prior tenant liked it pretty warm in there. Pets are allowed with a $500 Pet deposit as well as an additional $25/month per pet added to your rent monthly. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit. All of our units are non-smoking.
