This 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom home offers a comfortable stay just minutes from Lake Erie and Cedar Point. This home sleeps 6 guests across 3 bedrooms, each equipped with a TV. The sleeping arrangements include one bedroom with a queen bed, one bedroom with a bunk bed set, and one bedroom with an additional queen bed. Extra pillows, blankets, room-darkening shades, and cotton linens are provided, along with clothing storage and hangers. The fully equipped kitchen features a Whirlpool stainless steel electric stove, dishwasher, freezer, blender, baking sheet, and drip coffee maker. Cooking basics such as pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper are available, along with dishes and silverware. This pet-friendly home offers a hot tub for relaxation and a private backyard with patio dining, a propane fireplace, and a gas BBQ grill. The garage lounge features a pool table, mini-fridge, and TV for entertainment. A high chair is available, with a crib, pack 'n play, and baby bath available upon request for a fee. Free washer and dryer are available in the building. The driveway accommodates up to five vehicles. This home is conveniently located just minutes from Lake Erie, 10 minutes from Nickel Plate Beach, and 5 minutes from Lake Front Park & Beach. Guests also receive exclusive access to Rye Beach Park, a private sandy beach with swimming and picnic areas. Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 8 AM. Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, with a $500 fine for violation; smoking outside is allowed. Parties and unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited, and any violation will result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund, along with additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages. Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay. Confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces are strictly prohibited. The temperature should remain at 100F when not in use. Do not add any chemicals without approval. Please remove shoes indoors. Guests will have access to the entire home. There are two exterior security cameras on during your stay. Self check-in with a smart lock makes arrival simple. Please note that the home recently had some construction work, and parts of the grass are currently being replaced. You may notice some areas of the yard that are still recovering as the new grass grows in. This does not affect the comfort or amenities of your stay. A dedicated workspace with a door and high-speed Wi-Fi (206 Mbps) ensures you can stay connected or take calls in privacy.
