Cooking basics such as pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper are available, along with dishes and silverware. Relax in the main living area with a spacious sectional couch and a 43-inch HDTV. Enjoy year-round comfort with central air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and portable fans. A washer and dryer are available in the building for added ease.
This home is pet-friendly, with a flat fee of $125 for a maximum of 2 dogs. Requests for a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and an additional $100. A high chair is available, with a crib, pack 'n play, and baby bath available upon request for a fee. Guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed for the gas BBQ grill and will be reimbursed with a receipt. If it's a charcoal grill, guests should bring their own charcoal.

Please note that the home recently had some construction work, and parts of the grass are currently being replaced. You may notice some areas of the yard that are still recovering as the new grass grows in. This does not affect the comfort or amenities of your stay. There are two exterior security cameras on during your stay, along with smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors. Self check-in with a smart lock makes arrival simple. Absolutely no parties are allowed, with zero exceptions. Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and excessive noise may result in a $500 fine. No smoking is allowed inside the house, with a $500 fine for violation; smoking outside is allowed. Underage drinking or drug use, and unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited. Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed. Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay; undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. No cats are allowed. Hot tub rules include showering before entering, limiting use to 15-minute intervals for sensitive skin, using beach towels, respecting max occupancy of 7 guests, no unsupervised kids, no diving or jumping, no food or drink in the tub, no glass in or near the hot tub, keeping the hot tub clean and clear, respecting neighbors, no smoking in the hot tub, turning off jets after use, always covering the hot tub after use, no pets in the hot tub, and not turning off the hot tub. Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, processed through a third-party system prior to arrival, with guests choosing either a $400 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $40.
