The unit includes queen bed, sofa, tv, desk, full private bathroom, and efficiency kitchenette. Unit has a new mini split for both AC and heat. Studio is part of a converted double shotgun; a long-term tenant lives on the other side. Ample street parking out front.
Stays shorter than 3 months may be charged a slightly higher monthly rate.
