The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, and dishwasher and laundry pods. Bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toilet paper each. Guests are advised to bring their own beach and pool towels.
Conveniently located between 12th and 13th Avenues South in Surfside Beach, this condo offers prime access to the ocean, fabulous restaurants, and shopping within a 5-10 minute drive. It's also perfectly positioned to explore the brand new Surfside Pier with its delicious eateries, or take a family trip to the Murrells Inlet Marsh walk.
Quiet hours are observed between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed. Check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. Please do not hang towels or bathing suits on balconies. All garbage should be firmly secured in bags and deposited in the trashcans provided on the sides of the buildings. No flammable fluids, explosive or flammable materials, or any other articles deemed hazardous are permitted in units. Common areas should not be obstructed with bikes, floats, chairs, etc. No parking pass is required, and guests can park anywhere in front of the building they are staying in. Noise should be kept at a reasonable sound level, considering neighbors.
