- Pet-Friendly: House-trained pets are welcome with a $300 fee per pet. Register your pets and clean up after them, especially in the backyard. - No parties. - Only registered guests are allowed. -Events, gatherings, photo shoots are only permitted with prior approval and require confirmation along with payment of additional event fees. Contact us if you have any queries or need clarification before booking. - Entertainment: Smart TVs with streaming apps are available. We'll sign out of your accounts if you forget to do so. - WiFi: High-speed WiFi is available; no cable. - No Indoor Smoking: A $500 fine applies for violations, plus any cleaning costs. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly. - Pool and Hot Tub: Please note that the pool and hot tub are professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. As this is an outdoor pool, it's normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the pool is unclean rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort. We do not provide pool towels. The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate. NO HEATED POOL - Landscaping: Is done once a week. - House Rule Violations: Can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit. - Pest Control: Pest control service is monthly. Contact us if you encounter bugs. You might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified.
