Kitchen has newer appliances - oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and disposal and lots of cabinets. The dining/kitchen area also has a large pantry with shelves
New laminate hardwood floors throughout! Central AC/Heat and energy efficent window in the back.
In the large basement, you will find plenty of storage along with a dedicate (free!) washer and dryer. There is also a back door to walk out to the shared patio out back, as well as direct access to the alley for easy bike entry!

*We lived in this unit when we moved to Bolton Hill originally, so it is well maintained. We have a great tenant downstairs, and the block and neighbors are just awesome and very social.
Location cannot be beat. 6-7 min walk to Penn Station for Amtrak and Marc trains. 2 min walk to the light rail. 5 min walk to the metro subway. The block is closed off at the bottom meaning zero traffic and (usually!) very easy parking.
