- Month-to-month (landlord/tenant give one month notice for any change in rental agreement. - 1st months rent plus security deposit is needed to move in. - Security deposit is needed to hold the space for you. - Tenant background check in purchased by tenant and refunded by landlord ($45 subtracted from first rent). - All utilities mentioned are included in rent. - If utilities go over $150 the tenant is expected to pay the difference (this -has not happened to date and space has been rented since 2018) - Last months rent is paid on the first day of last month. - Deposit is returned after final inspection -minus the cleaning fee. I have always had 200.00 as the cleaning fee but have always returned what is not charged to me by my cleaning team should it take less time to clean. The cleaner you leave it, the less you pay. Let me know if you would like to view the lease agreement. Please Note: Landlord lives and works on property in house about 30 feet from the studio. Property is a healing retreat. Peace and quite is essential. I'm happy to do a whatsapp video call to show you the space.
