Four Colonies maintains four outdoor pools. Three of the pools have child wading pools, the fourth is designated for adults only. Pool 1- Behind Clubhouse 1 8201 Monrovia St. Pool 2- Behind Clubhouse 2 7975 Monrovia St. Pool 3- Behind Clubhouse 3 8100 Monrovia St. Pool 4 (Adult Pool) - 12490 82nd St. Pools open Memorial Day and close Labor Day. They are open 10 a.m. to sunset daily during the season. The adult pool (4) opens at 8 am, Mon Fri. Four Colonies has three clubhouses, two of which are available to homeowners to rent. Clubhouse 1, 8201 Monrovia St, with a capacity of 75, has a full kitchen and sitting area on one level, and a dance floor downstairs. Clubhouse 3, 8100 Monrovia St., with a capacity of 115, has a full kitchen, sitting area, and dance floor on one floor and is handicapped accessible. Tennis & Pickleball Courts Four Colonies has multiple tennis and pickleball courts. Two tennis/pickleball courts behind Clubhouse 3, 8100 Monrovia St. Indoor pickleball court in the basement of Clubhouse 2, 7975 Monrovia St. The tennis courts behind Clubhouse 2, 7975 Monrovia St. are currently closed due to liability issues with their condition. The Homeowners Round Table meetings will address the future of this area as well as incorporate it into the long-term community plan. Clubhouse 2 contains the Management Office, library, and gymnasium. Renting a Clubhouse Request a Clubhouse View availability or request a rental of Clubhouse 1 or Clubhouse 3 online or contact the Management Office. When filling out the online request form, be sure to check the box to "List this event as private on the facility calendar." If you do not, the name of your event will be visible to everyone.
