Lease terms

This property is offered under a 12-month lease. Monthly rent is $2,510, with a security deposit equal to one month's rent. The first month's rent and security deposit are due seven (7) days prior to the scheduled move-in date. Included in the monthly rent: * $100 monthly electric credit * High-speed Wi-Fi * Monitored security alarm service All other utilities, including water, sewer, gas (if applicable), trash service, and any additional utility services, are the tenant's responsibility and must be transferred into the tenant's name prior to move-in. Pets are considered with owner approval. A $300 nonrefundable pet fee per pet applies. Minimum Qualifications: * No prior eviction filings or landlord judgments. * Verifiable income and employment. * Satisfactory credit and criminal background check. * Positive rental history. No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the home. Applicants are subject to credit, criminal background, income, and rental history verification in accordance with applicable fair housing laws.
