Bedrooms on the small side (compared to modern floor plans) - though my family personally felt their sizes still Okay and Acceptable):
+ bathrooms very small - my family felt all bathrooms (except the one on first floor - no bedroom on that level) are a bit too small
+ W/D room too small - we had to install stackable W/D
+ ceiling a bit low compared to modern homes (this was built in the 1960s)
+ one-car parking garage (though enough driveway/street parking for 3+)
