The room is the master bedroom with a large closet and a private bathroom with shower. The room is in a very nice remodeled furnished 2024 sqf house with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen open on a large dining area. The bedroom as well as the house are fully furnished and equipped. Linen is available (out of state students do not need to bring or purchase sheets, blankets, towels, etc.) The kitchen is equipped for cooking (dishes, pots, dish washer, garbage disposal, microwave, etc.). A gas BBQ grill and outdoor sitting is also available. Brand new washer and dryer, are available as well as iron, ironing table, etc. The house is equipped with wireless internet. The room is available August 1st. We follow academic calendar and leases are possible until May 31, 2026. The rent is $850 a month plus utilities (split between tenants) for a one-year lease. The rent is $900 a month plus utilities for shorter leases. The other tenants are young professionals and ASU graduate students. The atmosphere is very friendly yet calm and respectful of privacy. No need to pay for expensive parking at ASU: the house is at an easy bike riding distance from/to ASU and on the route of the free ORBIT Venus Tempe shuttle. Parking is available at the house.
